摘 要:在施工过程中,钻孔的实际空间位置可能偏离设计空间位置,这种现象被称为钻孔弯曲,又称孔斜。孔斜是钻孔的6项评价指标之一,对钻孔质量起着决定性作用。钻孔弯曲一般受地质地层和钻探工艺影响。钻孔过度弯曲给施工带来困难,降低钻进效率,孔壁失稳引发卡钻、断钻、埋钻等孔内事故,更严重的是不能穿过设计的见矿点,从而得不到符合客观实际的地质资料,造成地质情况失真,影响矿床的合理评价。During the construction process,the actual spatial position of the borehole may deviate from the design spatial position,which is called borehole bending or borehole inclination.Hole inclination is one of the six evaluation indicators for drilling,which plays a decisive role in the quality of drilling.The bending of drilling holes is generally influenced by geological formations and drilling techniques.Excessive bending of drilling holes brings difficulties to construction and reduces drilling efficiency,instability of the borehole wall can lead to accidents such as stuck,broken,and buried drilling in the borehole,and what’s more serious is the inability to pass through the designed mining points,resulting in the inability to obtain geological data that meets objective reality,causing distortion of the geological situation and affecting the reasonable evaluation of the ore deposit.
