摘  要:本共识旨在介绍4K高清技术、荧光技术在胸外科的应用场景,总结归纳肺段手术相关技术支撑,创新性提出精准肺段袖式切除术式技术支撑,为临床使用提供参考,为国产高端腔镜的研发、创新指出方向,推动优秀国产医用内窥镜的普及应用,促进国产医用设备的发展。This consensus aims to introduce the applications of 4K high-definition technology and fluorescence technology in thoracic surgery,summarize and categorize the technical support for pulmonary segment surgery,and innovatively propose technical support for precise sleeve resection of pulmonary segments.It provides a reference for clinical use,points out the direction for the research and innovation of domestically produced high-end endoscopes,promotes the widespread application of excellent domestically produced medical endoscopes,and facilitates the development of domestically produced medical equipment.
