摘　　要：本文构建了一个关于数字经济影响新型城镇化的理论分析框架,利用2006—2019年中国285个地级及以上城市的面板数据,采用双向固定效应模型考察了数字经济发展对新型城镇化的影响效应。研究发现:中国数字经济和新型城镇化水平均呈现不同程度的跃升,并且两者走势趋同。数字经济能显著促进新型城镇化的发展,尤其是对新型城镇化的人口、生态和社会维度,但不利于空间城镇化的发展,并且对经济城镇化的影响效应不显著。数字经济对新型城镇化的影响存在显著的时期和区域异质性,即从“十一五”时期到“十三五”时期和从东部到西部,数字经济对新型城镇化的影响呈现边际效用递增的特点。进一步研究发现,数字经济对新型城镇化的影响受城市规模约束,并且依托数字技术的智慧城市建设能有效促进新型城镇化的发展。文章为新型城镇化高质量发展提供了基于数字经济发展视角的经验证据与政策启示。This paper constructs a theoretical analysis framework about the impact of digital economy on new urbanization.Based on the panel data of 285 prefecture-level and above cities in China from 2006 to 2019,this paper uses the two-way fixed effect model to investigate the influence of digital economy development on new urbanization.The findings are as follows:The level of digital economy and new urbanization in China has jumped to different degrees,and the two trends are similar.Digital economy can significantly promote the development of new urbanization,especially the population,ecology and social dimensions of new urbanization,but it is not conducive to the development of spatial urbanization,and its influence on economic urbanization is not significant.The influence of digital economy on new urbanization has obvious period and regional heterogeneity,that is,from the 11th Five-Year Plan to the 13th Five-Year Plan and from the east to the west,the influence of digital economy on new urbanization shows the characteristics of increasing marginal utility.Further research shows that the impact of digital economy on new urbanization is constrained by the city scale,and the smart city construction relying on digital technology can effectively promote the development of new urbanization.This article provides empirical evidence and policy enlightenment based on the perspective of digital economy development for the high-quality development of new urbanization.
