摘  要:新型冠状病毒肺炎(COVID-19)感染患者表现为无症状或有发热、咳嗽、呼吸困难、疲劳、肌痛、头痛、吞咽痛、腹泻、嗅觉丧失或味觉障碍等非特异性症状。部分患者出现严重的并发症,如急性呼吸窘迫综合征、心脏损伤和继发感染。PET/CT在肿瘤和炎性反应性疾病的评估、随访和疗效监测中发挥着重要作用。该文总结了PET/CT在预测COVID-19感染的预后、早期发现心肌受累、多种分子显像诊断神经系统并发症,以及鉴别肿瘤腋窝淋巴结转移和疫苗接种后炎性反应等方面的临床应用。Patients infected the coronavirus disease 2019(COVID-19)present with asymptomatic or non-specific symptoms,such as fever,cough,dyspnea,fatigue,myalgia,headache,painful swallowing,diarrhea,loss of smell or taste disturbance.Some patients develop serious complications,such as acute respiratory distress syndrome,cardiac injury and secondary infections.PET/CT plays an important role in the evaluation,follow-up and monitoring of the outcome of oncological and inflammatory diseases.This article mainly summarizes the clinical applications of PET/CT in predicting the prognosis of COVID-19 infection,early detection of myocardial involvement,diagnosis of neurological complications by multiple molecular imaging,and identification of tumor axillary lymph node metastasis and inflammatory response after vaccination.
