豫西乌苏里拟鲿的繁殖及苗种培育试验总结

摘　　要：为促进乌苏里拟鲿的资源恢复及开发利用,2023年5月进行了乌苏里拟鲿繁育试验,结果如下:共繁殖乌苏里拟鲿雌鱼280尾,雄鱼65尾,催产率90%,受精率达80%以上,收获受精卵约120万粒,孵化水花约100万尾,孵化率约82%。水花经过60 d培育,平均体长达到7.5 cm,体质量平均2.1 g,共收获约15万尾。本试验为黄河流域乌苏里拟鲿鱼类规模化养殖工作奠定基础。Pseudobagrus ussuriensis is a fast-growing fish in the bagrid family.For to promote the recovery and development of P.ussuriensis,a breeding experiment was conducted in May 2023.The results were as follows:280 female fish and 65 male fish were bred.The average rates of induced spawning and fertilization was 90.0%and 80%,respectively.About 1.2 million fertilized eggs were harvested,and about 1 million larvae were hatched,with a hatching rate of about 82%.After 60 days of seedling cultivation,about 150,000 tails of fingerlings were harvested,with a average body length of 7.5 cm and body weight of 2.1 g.This experiment has lay the foundation for the large-scale breeding of P.ussuriensis in the Yellow River Basin.
