踝泵运动联合穴位贴敷对长期卧床患者下肢血流动力学的影响

摘　　要：目的探究踝泵运动联合穴位贴敷疗法对长期卧床患者下肢血流动力学的影响。方法选取江西中医药大学附属医院2022年1月—2022年12月收治的120例患者根据时间先后顺序,分成对照组和观察组,各60例。对照组采用常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上给予踝泵运动联合穴位贴敷,观察2组下肢深静脉血栓(DVT)发生率、股静脉血流峰(tVmax)、血流平均速度(Vm)、凝血功能指标及患者预防DVT的知识、态度及行为。结果干预后,观察组DVT发生率低于对照组;观察组tVmax、Vm、凝血功能指标均优于对照组;观察组预防DVT的知识、态度评分、遵医依从率及生活质量评分高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论踝泵运动联合穴位贴敷能改善长期卧床患者的下肢血流动力学情况,预防DVT,值得应用。Objective To explore the effect of ankle pump exercise combined with acupoint application on lower limb hemodynamics in long-term bedridden patients.Methods A total of 120 patients admitted to the Affiliated Hospital of Jiangxi University of Chinese Medicine from January 2022 to December 2022 were selected and divided into control group and observation group according to the order of time,with 60 patients in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,and the observation group was given ankle pump exercise combined with acupoint application on the basis of the control group.The incidence rate of deep vein thrombosis(DVT),femoral vein peak blood flow(tVmax),average blood flow velocity(Vm),coagulation function indexes,and the knowledge,attitude and behavior of patients to prevent DVT in both groups were observed.Results After intervention,the incidence of DVT in observation group was lower than that in control group.tVmax,Vm and coagulation function indexes in observation group were better than those in control group.The scores of knowledge,attitude,compliance rate and quality of life in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion Ankle pump exercise combined with acupoint application can improve the lower limb hemodynamics of long-term bedridden patients and prevent DVT,which is worthy of application.
