中医分期辨证治疗四肢坏死性筋膜炎临床观察

摘　　要：目的 观察应用中医分期辨证法治疗四肢坏死性筋膜炎患者疗效。方法 选择长沙市中医医院2022年1月—2023年3月收治的60例四肢坏死性筋膜炎患者,随机分为对照组和观察组,各30例。2组均采用手术清创、抗感染、营养支持等处理治疗。在此基础上,观察组采用中医分期辨证法,予以中药口服治疗,比较2组治疗效果。结果 治疗4周后,2组NRS评分、血WBC、CRP水平均显著降低,且观察组均明显低于对照组(均P<0.05);观察组总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组平均住院时间明显短于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 运用中医分期辨证治疗四肢坏死性筋膜炎具有有效性和可行性,可以减轻患者疼痛,加速病情恢复,缩短住院时间。Objective To observe the effect of traditional Chinese medicine staging differentiation on the recovery of necrotizing fasciitis of extremities.Methods A total of 60 patients with necrotizing fasciitis of extremities admitted to Changsha Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2022 to March 2023 were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 30cases in each group.Both groups were treated with surgical debridement,anti-infection and nutritional support.On this basis,the observation group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine staging differentiation.The therapeutic effect of the two groups was compared.Results After 4 weeks of treatment,NRS score,blood WBC and CRP levels in 2 groups were significantly decreased,and observation group was significantly lower than control group(P<0.05).The treatment rate of observation group was significantly higher than that of control group(P<0.05).The hospitalization time of observation group was shorter than that of control group(P<0.05).Conclusion It is effective and feasible to treat necrotizing fasciitis of extremities with traditional Chinese medicine staging differentiation,which can relieve pain,accelerate recovery and reduce hospital stay.
