摘　　要：目的探讨自血疗法联合点刺放血治疗对于支气管扩张症痰热壅肺证的疗效。方法选取2022年7月—2023年3月湖南省直中医医院呼吸科收治的60例支气管扩张症痰热壅肺证患者,随机分配法分为对照组和治疗组,各30例。对照组予以临床常规治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上加以俞募配穴的自血疗法联合点刺放血治疗,记录2组治疗前后的中医症状积分、白细胞(WBC)、中性粒细胞(NEU)、C-反应蛋白(CRP)、白介素-6(IL-6)及临床疗效。结果治疗后,治疗组总有效率高于对照组;2组患者的中医症状积分及炎性因子水平均较治疗前下降,且治疗组低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论自血疗法联合点刺放血治疗支气管扩张症痰热壅肺证效果优于单一临床常规治疗,能够有效降低血清炎性因子,减轻气道炎症反应,改善患者临床症状。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of autohemotherapy combined with swift pricking bloodletting in the treatment of bronchiectasis of phlegm-heat obstructing lung syndrome.Methods A total of 60 patients hospitalized in Respiratory Department of Hunan Provincial Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from July 2022 to March 2023 were randomly assigned into control group and treatment group,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was given clinical routine treatment,and the treatment group was given autohemotherapy combined with swift pricking bloodletting on the basis of clinical routine treatment.Symptom scores and serum inflammatory indexes such as WBC,NEU,CRP and Il-6 were recorded before and after treatment.Results After treatment,the total effective rate of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group.The scores of TCM symptoms and the levels of inflammatory factors in 2 groups were lower than before treatment,and the treatment group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of autohemotherapy combined with swift pricking bloodletting in the treatment of bronchiectasis of phlegm-heat obstructing lung syndrome is better than that of single clinical routine treatment,which can effectively reduce serum inflammatory factors,reduce airway inflammatory response and improve clinical symptoms of patients.
