摘　　要：目的探究应用消瘀杀胚汤和超声引导下介入联合治疗异位妊娠患者的临床效果。方法选取郑州大学附属郑州中心医院2019年5月—2022年5月收治的66例异位妊娠患者,用随机数字法将其均分为对照组与联合组,各33例。对照组予以超声引导下介入治疗,联合组在对照组基础上加用消瘀杀胚汤。比较2组疗效、卵巢功能、炎症水平及不良反应发生率。结果联合组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,2组肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、C反应蛋白(CRP)水平下降,IL-10水平上升(P<0.05);联合组TNF-α、CRP水平低于对照组,IL-10水平高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,2组雌二醇(E_(2))、卵泡刺激素(FSH)水平和卵巢体积、卵泡数量比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);2组不良反应发生率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论消瘀杀胚汤联合超声引导下介入治疗用于异位妊娠,可提高疗效,减轻炎症,同时不影响患者卵巢功能,用药安全性高。Objective To explore the clinical effect of Xiaoyu Shapei decoction combined with ultrasound-guided interventional therapy on ectopic pregnancy.Methods Sixty-six patients with ectopic pregnancy admitted in Zhengzhou Central Hospital Affiliated to Zhengzhou University from May 2019 to May 2022 were randomly divided into two groups,with 33 cases in each group.The control group was treated with ultrasound guided interventional therapy,and the combined group was added with Xiaoyu Shapei decoction on the basis of the control group.The curative effect,ovarian function,inflammation and adverse reaction of the two groups were compared.Results The curative effect of combined group was better than that of control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α) and C-reactive protein(CRP) in 2 groups were decreased,and the levels of IL-10 were increased(P<0.05).The levels of TNF-α and CRP in combined group were lower than those in control group,and the levels of IL-10 were higher than those in control group(P<0.05).After treatment,there were no significant differences in estradiol(E_(2)),follicle-stimulating hormone(FSH) levels,ovarian volume and follicle number between 2 groups(P>0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Xiaoyu Shapei decoction combined with ultrasound guided interventional therapy in the treatment of ectopic pregnancy can improve the therapeutic effect,reduce inflammation,and do not affect the ovarian function of patients,with high safety.
