上病下治法治疗过敏性鼻炎经验

摘　　要：过敏性鼻炎是一种慢性炎症反应性疾病,临床表现为打喷嚏、流清涕、鼻塞和鼻痒,属于中医“鼻鼽”范畴,其核心病机是水液的运化和输布异常,其症状主要为水液代谢异常反映在上焦的表现。此文基于“上病下治”的理论指导思想,通过“孔窍相通”理论,从水液代谢异常这一角度论治过敏性鼻炎,治法以通利下焦膀胱水湿、通调水道恢复水液代谢而开宣上窍为至,以经方五苓散、猪苓汤为基础方加减化裁治疗过敏性鼻炎取得良效,并附验案2则。Allergic rhinitis is a chronic inflammatory disease characterized by sneezing,runny nose,nasal congestion,and itchy nose.It belongs to the “Biqiu” category of traditional Chinese medicine,and it is the manifestation of allergic reaction of water and liquid metabolism.In this paper,under the guiding ideology of “alleviating the diseases in the upper part by treating the lower part”,through the theory of “the orifices and orifices are connected”,the treatment of allergic rhinitis was discussed from the angle of abnormal water and liquid metabolism,open the upper orifice by reducing the dampness of the bladder.Based on classical prescription Wuling powder and Zhuling decoction,the treatment of allergic rhinitis has a good effect,and two cases were attached.
