祛邪扶正益中和护理法联合常规护理干预非小细胞肺癌术后的效果

摘　　要：目的 探究祛邪扶正益中和护理法联合常规护理干预非小细胞肺癌术后的效果。方法 将84例肺癌手术患者按随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,各42例,对照组予以常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上加用祛邪扶正益中和护理法,2组均护理3周。比较2组护理后睡眠质量、负向情绪(焦虑、抑郁)、疼痛评分(VAS)、生活质量评分及护理满意度。结果 护理后,观察组PSQI评分、HAMA-14评分、HAMD-17评分、VAS评分均低于对照组(P<0.05);EORTC-QLQC30评分各项均明显低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组护理满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 祛邪扶正益中和护理法联合常规护理干预非小细胞肺癌术后,可有效改善睡眠质量,有助于消除负向情绪,缓解疼痛,提高整体护理质量,值得推广。Objective To explore the effect of eliminating pathogen and strengthening vital qi and Yizhonghe nursing combined with routine nursing intervention on postoperative patients with non-small cell lung cancer.Methods 84 patients with lung cancer undergoing surgery were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,with 42 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing care.On the basis of the control group,the observation group added eliminating pathogen and strengthening vital qi and Yizhonghe nursing combined with routine nursing intervention.Both groups received 3 weeks of nursing.The sleep quality,negative emotions(anxiety and depression),pain score(VAS),quality of life score and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups after treatment.Results After nursing,PSQI score,HAMA-14 score,HAMD-17 score and VAS score in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The score of EORTC-QLQC30 was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05),and the nursing satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The eliminating pathogen and strengthening vital qi and Yizhonghe nursing combined with routine nursing intervention can effectively improve the quality of sleep,help eliminate negative emotions,relieve pain,and improve the overall quality of nursing,which is worth popularizing.
