易黄汤的辨治特点及应用研究

摘　　要：易黄汤源于《傅青主女科》,是适用于脾虚湿热型带下病的古代经典名方。近年来,有关易黄汤的临床应用及文献研究更加深入,其中不乏一些治疗疑难杂病的案例,如应用易黄汤治疗支原体感染、假丝酵母菌病(VVC)、宫颈高危型人乳头瘤病毒(hr-HPV)感染等,疗效显著,彰显易黄汤具有较高的临床价值。此文通过探讨易黄汤的组方特点,阐述傅山对易黄汤治疗带下病的中医辨证论治思想,以期进一步开拓易黄汤的应用范围,为临床运用提供思路。Yihuang decoction originated from Fu Qingzhu's Obstetrics and Gynecology.It is an ancient classic prescription suitable for diseases with spleen deficiency and dampness-heat type.In recent years,the literature on Yihuang decoction has been more widely used,and can treat some difficult miscellaneous diseases,such as mycoplasma infection,candida yeast disease(VVC),cervical high-risk human papillomavirus(hrHPV) infection,and so on.The curative effect is significant,highlighting the high clinical value of Yihuang decoction.By exploring the characteristics of Yihuang decoction,this paper expounded Fu Qingzhu's thoughts on the treatment of leucorrhea disease based on syndrome differentiation,in order to further expand the application of Yihuang decoction.
