运气理论在高血压病中的应用

摘　　要：高血压病是危害人类健康的常见疾病之一,其发病原因与先天禀赋、气候环境、饮食习惯等因素密不可分。五运六气理论简称运气理论,是流传千年的天人合一思想、整体观念的精华体现,具有推算人体生理病理与自然气候变化的作用。将运气理论应用于高血压病的预防与诊治过程中具有重要意义。笔者对于运气理论的来源、应用及意义进行阐述,对近10年来有关运气理论在高血压病中如何未病先防、既病防变和病后防复的研究进展进行探讨,同时剖析现阶段运气理论在临床应用存在的问题以及未来发展趋势。Hypertension is one of the common diseases that endanger human health in modern society.Its causes are closely related to natural endowment,climate environment,eating habits and other factors.The theory of five evolutive phases and six climatic factors,referred to as the theory of five evolutive phases and six climatic factors,is the essence of the thought of the unity of man and nature and the overall concept spread for thousands of years.It plays a role in calculating the physiological and pathological changes of human body and natural climate change.It is of great significance to apply the Yunqi theory in the prevention and treatment of hypertension.The author elaborated the origin and application significance of the theory of five evolutive phases and six climatic factors,summarized the research progress of how to prevent hypertension before disease,prevent degeneration after disease and prevent relapse after disease in recent ten years,and analyzed the existing problems and future development trend.
