摘　　要：膝骨性关节炎、骨质疏松、腰椎间盘突出症等均是临床常见的骨科疾病。刘元禄教授于1969年在辽宁中医学院医疗系毕业后,从事中西医结合骨科的医、教、研工作已长达50余载,对膝骨性关节炎、骨质疏松、腰椎间盘突出症等各种骨科疑难病症的诊治具有较高的造诣。现此研究通过病因病机、中医辨证、典型医案等对刘元禄教授治疗膝骨性关节炎、骨质疏松、腰椎间盘突出症等经验进行总结,并作出以下综述。Knee osteoarthritis,osteoporosis,lumbar disc herniation are common orthopedic diseases.Since his graduation from the Medical Department of Liaoning University of Traditional Chinese Medicine in 1969,Professor Liu Yuanlu has been engaged in the orthopedic medicine,teaching and research work of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine for more than 50 years.Professor Liu has high attainments in the diagnosis and treatment of various orthopedic diseases such as knee osteoarthritis,osteoporosis,lumbar disc herniation and so on.Through etiology and pathogenesis,TCM syndrome differentiation and typical cases,this study summarized Professor Liu Yuanlu's experience in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis,osteoporosis and lumbar disc herniation,and made the following summary.
