益气养阴法治疗抗精神病药物抗胆碱能不良反应临床观察

摘　　要：目的使用益气养阴法治疗抗精神病药物的抗胆碱能不良作用,观察其临床疗效。方法将31例长期服用抗精神病药物,出现抗胆碱能不良作用的患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,其中治疗组17例,以益气养阴法为治则辨证治疗;对照组14例,予常规护理治疗,比较2组治疗疗效。结果治疗1个月后,治疗组抗胆碱能症状量表评分总有效率、中医证型量表评分总有效率与对照组比较,差异有显著统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论使用益气养阴法治疗抗精神病药物的抗胆碱能不良反应能有效改善患者症状表现,且在中西医维度上、各细化证型相互比较疗效近似,该治疗方法尚有进一步提高的空间。Objective To observe the clinical effect of invigorating qi and nourishing yin method in the treatment of anticholinergic side effects of antipsychotic drugs.Methods Thirty⁃one patients who took antipsychotic drugs for a long time and had adverse anticholinergic effects were randomly divided into treatment group and control group.Among them,17 patients in the treatment group were treated with invigorating qi and nourishing yin method,and 14 patients in the control group were treated with routine nursing.The therapeutic effect of the two groups was compared.Results After 1 month of treatment,the total effective rate of anticholinergic symptom scale and TCM syndrome scale in the treatment group was significantly different from that in the control group(P<0.01).Conclusion The invigorating qi and nourishing yin method in the treatment of anticholinergic side effects of antipsychotic drugs can effectively improve the symptoms of patients,and in the dimension of traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine,each detailed syndrome type is similar to each other.There is still room for further improvement of this treatment method.
