当归补血汤配合十枣汤治疗肝硬化顽固性腹水患者临床观察

摘　　要：目的探究当归补血汤配合十枣汤在肝硬化顽固性腹水患者临床治疗中的应用效果。方法选取邳州市中医院2021年3月—2022年3月收治的肝硬化顽固性腹水患者60例为研究对象,采取Excel软件随机分为中药组和西药组,各30例,西药组给予常规西药治疗;中药组给予当归补血汤配合十枣汤治疗。比较2组临床疗效。结果中药组治疗效果优于西药组(P<0.05);中药组治疗满意度高于西药组(P<0.05);中药组不良反应发生率低于西药组(P<0.05)。结论肝硬化顽固性腹水患者服用当归补血汤配合十枣汤治疗可显著提升满意度和治疗效果,调节血清电解质水平,值得临床推广。Objective To explore the clinical effect of Danggui Buxue decoction combined with Shizao decoction in the treatment of refractory ascites due to liver cirrhosis.Methods Sixty patients with cirrhosis with intractable ascites admitted to Pizhou Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from March 2021 to March 2022 were selected as the study subjects.Excel software was used to randomly divide them into Chinese medicine group and Western medicine group,with 30 cases in each group.The Western medicine group was given conventional Western medicine treatment.The Chinese medicine group was treated with Danggui Buxue decoction combined with Shizao decoction.The clinical effect of the two groups was compared.Results The therapeutic effect of Chinese medicine group was better than that of Western medicine group(P<0.05).The satisfaction of Chinese medicine group was higher than that of Western medicine group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in Chinese medicine group was lower than that in Western medicine group(P<0.05).Conclusion Danggui Buxue decoction combined with Shizao decoction can significantly improve satisfaction and therapeutic effect,regulate serum electrolyte level in patients with liver cirrhosis and obstinate ascites,and is worthy of clinical promotion.
