足三阴经循经灸法治疗踝部骨折术后血瘀气滞型患者夜间肿痛临床观察

摘　　要：目的探讨足三阴经循经灸法治疗踝部骨折术后血瘀气滞型患者夜间肿痛的疗效和机制。方法选取2020年12月—2022年5月在深圳平乐骨伤科医院康复科住院收治的踝部骨折术后血瘀气滞型患者80例,采用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组40例。对照组给予骨折术后常规康复治疗,观察组在对照组基础上给予足三阴经循经灸法治疗。2组患者均治疗1周。比较2组患者治疗前后VAS、关节肿胀评价量表、PSQI、SAS、SDS评分。结果2组患者治疗前VAS、关节肿胀评价量表、PSQI、SAS、SDS评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组VAS、关节肿胀评价量表、PSQI、SAS、SDS低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论足三阴经循经灸法可缓解踝部骨折术后血瘀气滞型患者肿痛,尤其是缓解了夜间疼痛不适的症状,改善了睡眠,提高了康复效率和质量。Objective To explore the therapeutic effect and mechanism of foot Sanyin meridians moxibustion on night swelling and pain in patients with blood stasis and qi stagnation after ankle fracture operation.Methods A total of 80 patients with blood stasis and qi stagnation after ankle fracture who were hospitalized in Shenzhen Pingle Orthopedic Hospital from December 2020 to May 2022 were selected and divided into control group and observation group by random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.The control group were given routine rehabilitation treatment after fracture operation,and the observation group were given foot Sanyin meridians moxibustion on the basis of the control group.Both groups were treated for 1 week.VAS,joint swelling scale,PSQI,SAS and SDS scores of the two groups were compared before and after treatment.Results There was no significant difference in VAS,joint swelling scale,PSQI,SAS and SDS scores between 2 groups before treatment(P>0.05).VAS,joint swelling scale,PSQI,SAS and SDS of observation group were lower than those of control group after treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Foot Sanyin meridians moxibustion can alleviate the swelling and pain of patients with blood stasis and qi stagnation after ankle fracture surgery,especially the symptoms of pain and discomfort at night,improve sleep,the efficiency and quality of rehabilitation.
