穴位按摩联合耳穴压豆在股骨头坏死患者中的应用

摘　　要：目的观察穴位按摩联合耳穴压豆在股骨头坏死患者中的应用效果。方法选取郑州中医骨伤病医院2021年12月—2022年12月收治的股骨头坏死患者100例作为研究对象,随机分成对照组和观察组各50例。对比2组患者护理前后髋关节功能、疼痛评分、心理情绪评分和生活质量评分。结果干预后,观察组髋关节功能、心理情绪评分、生活质量和心理情绪评分比对照组更好,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用穴位按摩联合耳穴压豆干预股骨头坏死患者,能更好地缓解疼痛,改善髋关节功能和负面情绪,提高生活质量,在临床中可以运用推广。Objective To observe the application effect of acupoint massage combined with auricular point pressing in patients with femoral head necrosis.Methods A total of 100 patients with femoral head necrosis admitted to Zhengzhou Orthopedic Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine Affiliated to Henan University of Chinese Medicine from December 2021 to December 2022 were selected as the study objects,and were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 50 patients in each group.Hip function,pain score,psychological and emotional score and quality of life score were compared before and after care.Results After intervention,hip function,psychological and emotional score,quality of life and psychological and emotional score in observation group were better than those in control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The intervention method of acupoint massage combined with auricular point pressing can better alleviate pain,improve hip joint function and negative emotions,and improve quality of life for patients with femoral head necrosis.It can be applied and promoted in clinical practice.
