葛根芩连汤联合低FODMAPs饮食疗法治疗腹泻型 肠易激综合征临床观察

摘　　要：目的 探究葛根芩连汤联合低FODMAPs饮食疗法治疗腹泻型肠易激综合征的效果。方法 将83例腹泻型肠易激综合征患者随机分为对照组(41例,常规治疗)和试验组(42例,常规治疗基础上给予葛根芩连汤联合低FODMAPs饮食治疗),比较2组临床效果。结果 治疗后,试验组中医证候积分和IBS-SSS评分均比对照组低(P<0.05),大便中肠道菌群(双歧杆菌和嗜酸乳杆菌)数量比对照组多(P<0.05),直肠敏感性指标(排便阈值、腹痛阈值、直肠感知阈值和肛肠静息压)比对照组高(P<0.05),临床总有效率比对照组高(P<0.05)。结论 葛根芩连汤联合低FODMAPs饮食疗法治疗腹泻型肠易激综合征疗效肯定,可以明显缓解患者症状,调节肠道菌群,提高直肠敏感性。ObjectiveTo explore the effect of Gegen Qinlian decoction combined with low FODMAPs diet therapy in the treatment of diarrhea-predominant irritable bowel syndrome.Methods A total of 83 patients with diarrhea-predominant irritable bowel syndrome were randomly divided into control group(41 cases,conventional treatment)and experimental group(42 cases,conventional treatment on the basis of Gegen Qinlian decoction combined with low-FODMAPS diet),and the clinical effects of the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,TCM syndrome score and IBS-SSS score of experimental group were lower than those of control group(P<0.05),the number of intestinal flora(bifidobacterium and Lactobacillus acidophilus)in stool was higher than that of control group(P<0.05),and rectal sensitivity index(bowel threshold,abdominal pain threshold,rectal perception threshold and anorectal resting pressure)was higher than that of control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate was higher than that of control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Gegen Qinlian decoction combined with low FODMAPs diet is effective in the treatment of diarrhea-predominant irritable bowel syndrome,can significantly relieve symptoms,regulate intestinal flora and improve rectal sensitivity.
