系统针刀疗法治疗颈椎病的经验

摘　　要：颈椎病是骨科常见的脊柱退行性疾病,临床表现以头痛、头晕、肢体麻木、颈肩部疼痛及僵硬最为常见,严重影响到患者的日常生活及工作、学习。针刀治疗颈椎病效果显著,对颈椎疼痛点进行松解常常会有一定的效果。但颈椎病的发病机制涉及骨骼、椎间盘、韧带、肌肉等不同的组织结构,单纯的某一点松解的治疗方法仍然需要改进。系统针刀理论以传统针刀为基础,系统的整合了西医解剖学、生物力学、运动医学等理论,系统治疗颈椎病,临床效果显著。Cervical spondylosis is a common degenerative disease of the spine in orthopedics.Its clinical manifestations include headache,dizziness,limb numbness,neck and shoulder pain and stiffness,which seriously affect patients'daily life,work,and learning.The needle knife has a significant effect on treating cervical spondylosis,and often has a certain effect on relieving cervical pain points.However,the pathogenesis of cervical spondylosis includes different tissue structures such as bones,intervertebral discs,ligaments and muscles,and the treatment method of single point relaxation still needs improvement.The systematic acupotomy theory is based on traditional acupotomy and systematically integrates theories of Western medicine anatomy,biomechanics,and sports medicine.The systematic treatment of cervical spondylosis has significant clinical effects.
