基于数据挖掘的中药熏洗对促进混合痔术后创面愈合用药规律

摘　　要：目的基于数据挖掘探析中药熏洗促进混合痔术后创面愈合的用药规律。方法检索2002年1月—2022年6月中国知网、万方、维普数据库中药熏洗加速创面愈合的文献,用中医传承计算平台3.0进行药物的频数、四气五味、归经功效统计;使用SPSS Modeler 18.0和SPSS Statistics 21.0软件进行关联规则和聚类分析。结果符合标准文献共125篇,涉及处方102首,中药152味,高频中药28味,高频药主要为黄柏、苦参、五倍子、芒硝等,以苦味、寒性的清热除湿类药物为主;归经以肝、胃、大肠经为主;二阶药对关联规则较高的组合为黄柏-苦参,三阶关联规则为黄柏-芒硝-苦参;聚类分析共获取5个处方。结论中药熏洗促进混合痔术后创面愈合用药以清热燥湿为主要治则,辅以活血化瘀、收涩补虚、凉血止血等。Objective Based on data mining,to explore the regularity of Chinese medicine fumigation and washing for promoting wound healing after mixed hemorrhoids surgery.Methods From January 2002 to June 2022,the literature on Chinese medicine fumigation and washing for promoting wound healing in CNKI,Wanfang,and VIP databases was searched,and the frequency,four qi and five flavors,and meridian effects were calculated using the traditional Chinese medicine inheritance computing platform 3.0.SPSS Modeler 18.0 and SPSS Statistics 21.0 software were applied for association rules and cluster analysis.Results A total of 125 articles met the standard,involving 102 prescriptions,152 Chinese medicines,and 28 high-frequency traditional Chinese medicines,mainly including Cortex Phellodendri and Sophora flavescens,mainly use antipyretic drugs.The main drug properties are cold and warm.The medicinal taste is mainly bitter,pungent,and sweet.The main meridians are liver,stomach,and large intestine.The combination with higher second order drug pair association rules was Phellodendron amurense-Kushen,and the third order association rule was Phellodendron amurense-mirabilite-Kushen.Five prescriptions were obtained through cluster analysis.Conclusion The main therapeutic principle of Chinese medicine fumigation and washing for promoting postoperative wound healing is to clear away heat and dry dampness,supplemented by promoting blood circulation and resolving stasis,collecting astringency and tonifying deficiency,and cooling blood to stop bleeding.
