西黄丸联合含铂方案治疗肝郁气滞型乳腺癌临床观察  

Xihuang Pill Combined with Platinum Containing Regimen in the Treatment of Breast Cancer of Liver Stagnation and Qi Stagnation Type

摘　　要：目的探究西黄丸联合含铂方案治疗肝郁气滞型乳腺癌的临床疗效。方法选取2021年6月—2022年6月洛阳市中医院收治的肝郁气滞型乳腺癌患者106例,按随机数字表法分为对照组和研究组,各53例。对照组选用卡铂方案化疗,研究组联用西黄丸。比较2组治疗效果。结果研究组治疗后总有效率、KPS评分、血清癌胚抗原(CEA)水平、免疫因子水平、总不良反应率、生存质量均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论西黄丸联合含铂方案可有效改善肝郁气滞型乳腺癌患者生存质量和免疫功能,降低肿瘤标志物表达水平和不良反应风险,临床疗效和安全性更高。Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of Xihuang pill combined with platinum containing regimen in the treatment of breast cancer of liver stagnation and qi stagnation type.Methods From June 2021 to June 2022,106 patients with breast cancer of liver stagnation and qi stagnation type admitted to Luoyang Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine were selected and divided into the study group and the control group according to the random number table method,with 53 cases in each group.The control group used carboplatin chemotherapy scheme,and the study group used Xihuang pill.The therapeutic effect of the two groups was compared.Results The total effective rate,KPS score,serum carcinoembryonic antigen(CEA)level,immune factor level,total adverse reaction rate and quality of life of the study group were better than those of the control group after treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion Xihuang pill combined with platinum containing regimen can effectively improve the quality of life and immune function of breast cancer patients with liver stagnation and qi stagnation type,reduce the expression level of tumor markers and the risk of adverse reactions,and have higher clinical efficacy and safety.
