郑爱华教授运用经络辨治老年性头痛经验

摘　　要：老年性头痛一般指发生于60岁以上老年人的长期、慢性头痛,郑爱华教授结合20余年临床经验,认为老年性头痛总病机为“不通则痛、不荣则痛”,多责之于足三阴经、足少阳胆经及络脉,证型多为肝(胆)火上炎型、肝肾不足型、络脉瘀阻型、气血不荣型。此文总结郑教授从经络辨治老年性头痛的经验,治疗根据不同证型而随证加减,除此之外,还须顾护患者情绪。总体以攻补兼施、内外合治。Senile headache generally refers to long-term and chronic headache that occurs in people over 60 years old.It is believed that the general pathogenesis of senile headache is“pain caused by obstruction,pain caused by malnutrition”.The reason for this is mainly due to the three yin channels,Shaoyang gallbladder channels and collaterals and sub-collaterals.Syndrome types include liver fire inflammation type,liver and kidney deficiency type,collateral stasis type,and qi and blood stagnation type.This paper summarized Professor Zheng Aihua’s experience in treating senile headache from the syndrome differentiation of meridians and collaterals,treatment varies depending on the type of syndrome,and in addition,the patient’s mood must be taken care of.In general,the treatment is tonification and purgation in combination,internal and external therapy.
