旋覆代赭汤联合耳穴压豆治疗胃癌CINV临床观察

摘　　要：目的探讨旋覆代赭汤联合耳穴压豆治疗胃癌术后化疗致恶心呕吐(CINV)的疗效。方法52例患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,各26例,化疗前均给予昂丹司琼治疗,治疗组加用旋覆代赭汤联合耳穴压豆治疗,比较2组临床疗效。结果治疗组急性恶心呕吐发生率较对照组低(P<0.05);治疗组第1天、第2天、第4天不同程度呕吐发生率较对照组低(P<0.05);治疗组临床疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论旋覆代赭汤联合耳穴压豆能够增强止吐疗效,值得临床使用。Objective To investigate the curative effect of auricular point pressing bean combined with Xuanfu Daizhe decoction on nausea and vomiting caused by postoperative chemotherapy for gastric cancer.Methods Fifty-two patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,with 26 cases in each group.Ondansetron was given treatment before chemotherapy,the treatment group was treated with auricular point pressing bean combined with Xuanfu Daizhe decoction.The clinical efficacy were compared between the two groups.Results The incidence of acute nausea and vomiting in the treatment group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of different degrees of vomiting on day 1,day 2 and day 4 in the treatment group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The clinical effect of treatment group was better than that of control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Auricular point pressing bean combined with Xuanfu Daizhe decoction can enhance the efficacy of antiemesis,and is worthy of clinical application.
