中医外治非特异性下腰痛临床观察

摘　　要：目的探寻治疗非特异性下腰痛较为有效的外治法。方法选取2022年7月—2022年12月收治的非特异性下腰痛患者105例,随机分为药物治疗组、雷火灸组、李氏砭法组,各35例。药物治疗组予塞来昔布胶囊治疗,雷火灸组予赵氏雷火灸治疗,李氏砭法组予铜砭刮痧治疗,比较3组治疗前后临床疗效。结果3组患者治疗后的中医证候积分、NRS疼痛评分、RMDQ腰椎功能障碍评分均较治疗前改善(P<0.05),且李氏砭法组改善程度优于其他2组(P<0.05)。结论李氏砭法改善非特异性下腰痛患者证候体征、腰椎疼痛程度和腰椎功能的效果显著。Objective To explore a more effective external treatment for non-specific low back pain.Methods From July to December 2022,105 patients with non-specific low back pain were selected as the research objects,and were randomly divided into drug treatment group,thunder fire moxibustion group,and Li’s scraping group,with 35 cases in each group.The drug treatment group took celecoxib capsule(200mg/time,once a day)according to the doctor’s advice,the thunder fire moxibustion group used Zhao’s thunder fire moxibustion,and the Li’s Scraping group used copper scraping tool for scraping.The clinical efficacy of the three groups before and after treatment was compared.Results After treatment,the TCM syndrome score,NRS score,and RMDQ score of the three groups of patients improved compared to before treatment(P<0.05).The TCM score,NRS score,and RMDQ score of the Li’s scraping group were better than those of the drug treatment group and the thunder fire moxibustion group(P<0.05).Conclusion Li’s scraping has a greater effect on improving the symptoms,signs,degree of lumbar pain,and lumbar function of non-specific low back pain.
