眼针结合靳三针治疗围绝经期失眠临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察眼针结合靳三针治疗围绝经期失眠的临床疗效。方法60例围绝经期失眠患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,各30例。对照组采用常规针刺,治疗组采用眼针结合靳三针治疗,10次为1个疗程。观察2组匹兹堡睡眠质量指数量表(PSQI)评分的变化情况,并评价临床疗效。结果治疗组总有效率优于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,2组PSQI评分均较治疗前降低,且治疗组睡眠质量、入睡时间、睡眠时间降低效果优于对照组(P<0.05);随访时,治疗组各项评分降低效果均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论眼针结合靳三针能有效改善围绝经期失眠患者的睡眠情况,具有更优的近、中期疗效。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of eye acupuncture combined with Jin’s three-needle therapy in the treatment of perimenopausal insomnia.Methods Sixty patients with perimenopausal insomnia were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional acupuncture,and the treatment group was treated with eye acupuncture combined with Jin’s three-needle therapy,10 times for 1 course.The changes of Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI)scores in 2 groups were observed,and the clinical efficacy was evaluated.Results The total effective rate of treatment group was better than that of control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the PSQI score of 2 groups was lower than before treatment(P<0.05),and the sleep quality,falling asleep time and sleeping time of the treatment group were better than those of the control group(P<0.05).During followup,the reduction of scores in the treatment group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Eye acupuncture combined with Jin’s three-needle therapy can effectively improve the sleep disorder of perimenopausal insomnia patients,and has better short-term and medium-term efficacy.
