郭光业教授溃结爽治疗溃疡性结肠炎经验

摘　　要：溃疡性结肠炎以腹痛、腹泻、里急后重、便黏液脓血便等肠道症状为主要临床表现,中医的基本病机为本虚标实,脾胃虚弱为本,湿热蕴结、痰湿停滞和瘀血阻滞为标。郭光业教授认为溃疡性结肠炎的病机是以脾胃虚弱、肝脾失调为本,以湿热血瘀为标,以调和肝脾、活血化瘀、清热化湿为治疗原则。郭教授运用自拟溃结爽口服方治疗溃疡性结肠炎,临床效果甚佳。The main clinical manifestations of ulcerative colitis are intestinal symptoms such as abdominal pain,diarrhea,posterior tenesmus,stool mucus,pus and blood,etc.The basic pathogenesis of traditional Chinese medicine is deficiency of the root and deficiency of the root,weakness of the spleen and stomach,accumulation of dampness and heat,stagnation of phlegm and dampness,and blockage of blood stasis.Professor Guo Guangye believes that the pathogenesis of ulcerative colitis is based on the weakness of the spleen and stomach,the disorder of the liver and spleen,with the blood stasis of wet blood as the standard,and the treatment principle is to harmonize the liver and spleen,promote blood stasis,and clear heat and dampness.This article summarized Professor Guo's experience in treating ulcerative colitis with Kuijieshuang,in order to provide new ideas for clinical practice.
