浅析《针灸大成》上星穴的应用规律

摘　　要：《针灸大成》由明代针灸名家杨继洲所著,汇集了明代以前针灸学术的精华,并详尽记录了临床经验,具有极高的临床价值。书中对于上星穴的记载明确,杨继洲对上星穴的定位、操作方法、功能及临床运用进行了描述,随着现代临床对上星穴的深入研究,上星穴在临床中愈来愈受到重视,其使用频率、范围及疗效逐渐增加。因此对于《针灸大成》中上星穴的分析探究,可以为临床实践提供理论参考和指导,并对针灸腧穴学的深入研究做出贡献。此文结合现代临床实践及《针灸大成》中关于上星穴的论述,对上星穴的实践进行规律总结,以指导临床中上星穴的使用及今后的深入探究。Zhenjiu Dacheng is written by Yang Jizhou,a famous acupuncture and moxibustion expert in the Ming Dynasty.This book comprehensively and systematically summarized the academic and clinical experience of acupuncture and moxibustion before the Ming Dynasty.The records in the book are rich and detailed,with high clinical value.The book on the star of the record clearly,Yang Jizhou on the star of the location,operation method,function and clinical application of the description,The in-depth study of the point and its clinical use,as well as the frequency and efficacy of more and more attention,are the focus of this paper.Through the analysis and exploration of Shangxing(DU23) in Zhenjiu Dacheng,a theoretical basis and guidance for clinical practice can be provided,thereby contributing to the in-depth exploration of acupuncture and moxibustion acupoints.This paper will summarize the practical contents of Shangxing(DU23) in combination with modern clinical practice,thus providing guidance for their use in clinical practice and further exploration in the future.
