摘　　要：目的 系统评价针刀联合药物治疗类风湿性关节炎(RA)的临床疗效和安全性。方法 在知网、万方、中国生物医学、维普、PubMed、The Cochrane Library中搜集有关针刀联合药物治疗RA的随机对照试验(RCT)研究。根据Cochrane系统评价手册,2名评审人员独立筛选出符合标准的文献,严格按标准评价其文献质量,之后提取出所需要的资料。然后用RevMan 5.4软件行统计学分析。结果 最终纳入13个RCT,合计947例RA患者。Meta分析结果显示,针刀联合药物治疗RA的总有效率、视觉模拟评分法、晨僵时间、类风湿因子方面均优于单纯使用药物治疗。结论 针刀联合药物治疗RA具有明显疗效,且安全性高,但因为此次研究纳入文献少且质量偏低,后续需更多高质量RCT研究加以验证。Objective To review systematically the clinical effects and safety of acupotomy combined with drug therapy for rheumatoid arthritis(RA).Methods Randomized controlled trials(RCTs) of acupotomy combined with drug therapy for RA were retrieved from CNKI,WANFANG Database,VIP,CBM,PubMed and Cochrane library.According to Cochrane Reviewers' Handbook,two reviewers independently sifted the literature,and extracted data after rigorous evaluation of the quality of the included literature.RevMan5.4 software was used for statistical analysis.Results 13 RCTs involving 947 cases were included.The results of Meta-analysis showed the acupotomy therapy combined with drugs was superior to that of drug therapy alone in improving total effect rate,visual analogue scale,morning stiffness time,rheumatoid factor.Conclusion Acupotomy combined with drug therapy is effective and safe for treating RA.However,due to the limited number of trials and the low quality of the literature,more high-quality RCT studies are needed for further validation.
