中和二陈汤联合平衡针灸治疗2型糖尿病临床观察

摘　　要：目的 探讨中和二陈汤联合平衡针灸降糖穴对2型糖尿病的临床疗效。方法 选取2021年3月—2023年8月余干县中医院诊治的78例2型糖尿病患者,随机分为对照组和观察组,各39例。对照组仅用平衡针灸治疗,观察组采用中和二陈汤联合平衡针灸降糖穴治疗。比较2组治疗有效率、中医证候积分、血糖值、不良反应发生率。结果 治疗后,观察组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);中医证候积分低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组空腹血糖、餐后2小时血糖均低于对照组(P<0.05);2组的糖化血红蛋白、不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 中和二陈汤联合平衡针灸降糖穴能有效改善2型糖尿病症状及相关指标,疗效显著,值得进一步临床推广应用。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Zhonghe Erchen decoction combined with acupuncture at glucose-lowering acupoints in the treatment of type 2 diabetes.Methods Seventy-eight type 2 diabetes patients treated in Yugan Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from March 2021 to August 2023 were divided into a control group and an observation group,with 39 cases in each group.The control group received acupuncture treatment alone,while the observation group received a combination of Zhonghe Erchen decoction and acupuncture at glucose-lowering acupoints.The therapeutic effect,traditional Chinese medicine syndrome scores,blood glucose levels,and adverse reactions between the two groups was compared.Results After treatment,the total effective rate of observation group was higher than that of control group(P<0.05).TCM syndrome score of observation group was lower than control group(P<0.05).Fasting blood glucose and 2 hours postprandial blood glucose in observation group were lower than those in control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in HBA1c and incidence of adverse reactions between 2 groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The combination of Zhonghe Erchen decoction with acupuncture at glucose-lowering acupoints effectively improves key indicators in type 2 diabetes patients,enhances overall clinical efficacy,and merits further clinical application and promotion.
