清痹片联合西药治疗类风湿关节炎湿热痹阻证临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察清痹片联合托法替布治疗难治性类风湿关节炎湿热痹阻证的临床疗效。方法将60例难治性类风湿关节炎患者随机分为对照组和观察组,各30例。对照组口服托法替布片,观察组在对照组基础上口服清痹片。比较2组治疗前后DAS28评分、炎性因子水平、中医证候积分。结果治疗后观察组DAS28评分、中医证候积分、实验室指标均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论清痹片联合托法替布治疗难治性类风湿关节炎湿热痹阻证能缓解患者临床症状,降低血清炎症因子水平,改善DAS28评分、中医证候积分,疗效显著,值得临床推广应用。Objective To observe the clinical effect of Qingbi tablet combined with Tofacitinib on refractory rheumatoid arthritis with dampness-heat obstruction syndrome.Methods Sixty patients with refractory rheumatoid arthritis were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was given Tofacitinib tablets orally,while the observation group was given Qingbi tablets on the basis of the control group.The DAS28 score,inflammatory factor level and TCM syndrome score were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results After treatment,DAS28 scores,TCM syndrome scores and laboratory indexes in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Qingbi tablet combined with Tofacitinib can relieve the clinical symptoms of refractory rheumatoid arthritis with dampness-heat stagnation syndrome,reduce the level of serum inflammatory factors,improve DAS28 score and TCM syndrome integral,which is obviously effective and is worthy of clinical application.
