摘　　要：柳氏医派是近代胶东的医经学派,崇尚经典,善用经方。不育症属于中医“不育、无子、艰嗣”等范畴。近年来随着工作压力的增大和生活方式的改变,男性不育症发病率越来越高,其治疗日益受到重视。柳氏医派经过柳氏三代门人的探索,对不育症的治疗积累了丰富的经验。心主血脉;肺主气,司呼吸;肝藏血,主疏泄;脾为后天之本,气血生化之源;肾藏精,主生殖;肾与心同气相求;肺与肾金水相滋;肾与肝精血同源;肾与脾火旺土健,医派总结以肾元为核心的脏腑系统太极模式指导治疗不育症,临床每获良效。Liu's medical school is the school of medical classics in modern Jiaodong,advocating classics and making good use of classics.Male infertility belongs to the category of “sterility”,“childlessness” and “hard inheritance” in traditional Chinese medicine.In recent years,with the increase of work pressure and the change of life style,the incidence of male infertility is increasing and its treatment is paid more and more attention.After exploration of three Liu's medical generations,they have rich experience in the treatment of infertility.Heart dominates blood vessels,Lung dominates qi and respiration,Liver storages blood and main dispersion,The spleen is the foundation of acquired,also it is the source of qi and blood biochemistry,Kidney hides essence,main reproduction,Kidney and heart seek each other.Lung and kidney are flush with gold and water.The essence blood of kidney and liver is homologous.Kidney and spleen fire prosperous and soil health.Liu's medical generations summarized the nephron-centered Taichi model of Zangfu system to guide the treatment of infertility and have achieved good clinical results.
