摘　　要：排卵障碍性不孕是当今影响女性生育能力的主要原因之一,随着社会环境不良因素的影响,其发病率逐年升高。如何安全有效地治疗排卵障碍性不孕已成为世界性的健康问题。中医在治疗该病时有着明显优势。王昕教授认为,排卵障碍性不孕的中医病机为冲任亏虚、脉道不通,治疗上补、涩、泻浊三法灵活运用,方可提高疗效。文章以中医经典方剂八味肾气丸及五子衍宗丸为例,结合具体辨证论治,对补涩泻浊法的应用进行阐述,以期对排卵障碍性不孕的临床治疗有所启发。Infertility due to ovulation disorders is one of the main reasons affecting female fertility,and the incidence rate has been increasing year by year with the influence of social environment.How to treat ovulation disorder infertility safely and effectively has become a worldwide health problem.Traditional Chinese medicine has obvious advantages in the treatment of this disease.Professor Wang Xin believes that the traditional Chinese medicine pathogenesis of ovulation disorder infertility is Chong Ren deficiency and pulse obstruction.In the treatment,the three methods of supplementing,astringent and purging turbidity can be used flexibly together,for improving clinical efficacy.Taking Bawei Shenqi pills and Wuzi Yanzong pills as examples,this paper expounded the application of supplementing astringent and purging turbidity method in combination with specific syndrome differentiation and treatment,in order to enlighten the clinic.
