摘　　要：中风后便秘是中风的常见后遗症,严重影响中风患者的康复治疗和生活水平。目前国内大量研究表明,中医外治法对中风后便秘的治疗作用明显。此文对近10年来运用外治法治疗中风后便秘的相关文献进行综述,旨在印证外治法治疗中风后便秘具有无依赖性、无不良作用、疗效确切、易于接受等优点,可有效缓解便秘症状,减少后遗症及相关不良反应的发生。此文从病因病机、外治法及其作用机制等方面综述中医药外治法治疗中风后便秘的相关研究及经验,以期为中风后便秘的研究提供参考。Post-stroke constipation is a common sequela of stroke,which seriously affects the rehabilitation treatment and living standards of stroke patients.At present,a large number of studies in China have shown that the external therapy of traditional Chinese medicine has a significant therapeutic effect on post-stroke constipation.This article reviews the relevant literature on the use of external treatment for post-stroke constipation in the past decade,aiming to confirm that external treatment for post-stroke constipation has the advantages of no dependence,no side effects,accurate efficacy,and easy acceptance.It can effectively alleviate constipation symptoms,reduce the occurrence of sequelae and related adverse reactions.This article reviewed the relevant research and experience of external therapy of traditional Chinese medicine for post-stroke constipation from the perspectives of etiology,pathogenesis,external treatment methods,and their mechanisms of action,in order to provide reference for the study of post-stroke constipation.The following is a summary of external treatment methods for post stroke constipation.
