摘　　要：目的介绍导师张淑芬治疗免疫性复发性流产的经验。方法通过跟随张淑芬老师临诊,总结张淑芬老师基于“亢害承制”理论治疗免疫性复发性流产的学术思想和临床经验,并附验案举隅。结果导师认为本病辨证脾肾亏虚、肺卫不足为本,瘀、热阻滞为标,孕前重于活血化瘀,平“亢害之乱”,孕后重培补肾元、健脾益肺,调“承制自稳”之职,临床疗效显著。结论导师治疗免疫性复发性流产有独特的临床经验和疗效,值得深入学习与体会。Objective To introduce Professor ZHANG Shufen′s experience in the treatment of immune recurrent spontaneous abortion.Methods By following Professor ZHANG Shufen,it summarized Professor ZHANG Shufen′s academic thought and clinical experience in the treatment of immune recurrent abortion based on the theory of hyperactivity damage acceptance system.Results Professor ZHANG Shufen believes that the diagnosis and treatment of this disease is based on spleen and kidney deficiency and insufficient lung health Qi,with blood stasis and heat blockage as the symptoms.Before pregnancy,the treatment focuses on promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis,calming harmful hyperactivity and responding inhibition.After pregnancy,it is important to cultivate and nourish kidney,strengthen spleen and lung and regulate function of“controlling and stabilizing oneself”.The clinical efficacy is significant.Conclusion Professor ZHANG Shufen has unique clinical experience and curative effect in the treatment of immune recurrent spontaneous abortion,which is worthy of further study and experience.
