象思维下海螵蛸功效探析

摘　　要：象思维是以中国古代哲学为基础的思维模式,同时也是远古时期条件限制下的思维产物,不仅丰富中药理论,亦对中医药学发展起到推动作用。运用取象比类思维建立物象与功用之间的联系,既合理严谨,亦不失其传统文化特性。海螵蛸即乌贼科动物乌贼的干燥内壳,可入肝、肺、肾三经,具有收敛止血、固崩止带、驱翳明目、软坚燥湿之功。该文以海螵蛸为例,从乌贼生长环境、生理特性以及乌贼形态三方面探寻海螵蛸的归经及功效,对海螵蛸之药用价值重新解读,并结合古代医家临床效验与现代药理研究加以佐证,完善海螵蛸之药用内涵。Image thinking is a thinking mode based on ancient Chinese philosophy.Meanwhile,it is a thinking product under the constraints of ancient times,which not only enriches the theory of traditional Chinese medicine,but also plays a role in promoting the development of traditional Chinese medicine.It is not only reasonable and rigorous,but also has its traditional cultural characteristics to establish the connection between the object image and the function by using the thinking of comparing images.Haipiaoxiao(Sepiae Endoconcha)is the dried inner shell of cuttlebone,which can enter the liver,lung and kidney meridians.It has the functions of converging and stopping bleeding,stopping metrorrhagia and leukorrhagia,removing nebula to improve vision,and softening hard mass and drying dampness.Taking Haipiaoxiao(Sepiae Endoconcha)as an example,this paper explored the meridian tropism and efficacy of Haipiaoxiao(Sepiae Endoconcha)from three aspects including Haipiaoxiao(Sepiae Endoconcha)growth environment,physiological characteristics and cuttlebone form,reinterpreted the medicinal value of Haipiaoxiao(Sepiae Endoconcha)and combined the clinical effect of ancient doctors and modern pharmacological research so as to prove and improve the medicinal connotation of Haipiaoxiao(Sepiae Endoconcha).
