益气养阴散邪法治疗玫瑰痤疮肺胃热盛证的效果 及对面部皮肤状态的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨益气养阴散邪法治疗玫瑰痤疮肺胃热盛证的效果及对面部皮肤状态的影响。方法选取2020年2月至2023年2月收治的80例玫瑰痤疮肺胃热盛证患者为研究对象,按照随机数字表法将其分为对照组与观察组,各40例。对照组采用常规疗法,观察组在对照组基础上加益气养阴散邪法治疗。比较两组的治疗效果。结果观察组的治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组的白细胞介素-17(IL-17)、白细胞介素-37(IL-37)、核因子-κB(NF-κB)水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组的皮肤角质层含水量、表皮皮脂含量高于对照组,经皮水分丢失量低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组的痤疮特异性生活质量问卷(Acne-QOL)各维度评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论益气养阴散邪法治疗玫瑰痤疮肺胃热盛证的效果显著,能够减轻炎性反应,改善面部皮肤状态,提高患者的生活质量。Objective To investigate the effect of benefiting Qi and nourishing Yin and dispelling pathogenic factors in the treatment of rosacea with lung stomach heat syndrome and its influence on facial skin condition.Methods A total of 80 patients with lung stomach heat syndrome of rosacea admitted from February 2020 to February 2023 were selected as the research objects.According to the random number table method,the patients were divided into control group and observation group,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional therapy,and the observation group was treated with benefiting Qi and nourishing Yin and dispelling pathogenic factors on the basis of the control group.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of interleukin-17(IL-17),interleukin-37(IL-37)and nuclear factor kappa-B(NF-κB)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the skin stratum corneum water content and epidermal sebum content of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the percutaneous water loss was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of each dimension of Acne-Specific Quality of Life Questionnaire(Acne-QOL)in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Benefiting Qi and nourishing Yin and dispelling pathogenic factors has a significant effect in the treatment of rosacea with lung stomach heat syndrome,which can reduce the inflammatory reaction,improve the facial skin condition,and improve the quality of life of patients.
