摘　　要：运动疗法是头颈部肿瘤患者预防和治疗肌少症的有效措施,并已成为许多研究者推荐的疗法,但目前缺乏对头颈部肿瘤肌少症运动疗法相关研究成果的有效整合,且缺乏针对性的临床运动疗法指南.文章系统、全面地梳理相关文献,探讨运动疗法对头颈部肿瘤患者肌少症的影响,总结了头颈部肿瘤患者肌少症的发生及运动疗法的作用机制,旨在为头颈部肿瘤伴肌少症临床运动治疗方案的制订和实施提供参考,并为今后进一步开展相关研究提供借鉴.Exercise therapy is an effective measure in preventing and treating sarcopenia for patients with head and neck tumors,and has been recommended by many researchers.However,there is a lack of effective integration of related research results of exercise therapy in sarcopenia patients with head and neck tumors,and there is still few targeted clinical exercise therapy guideline.This paper systematically and comprehensively reviews relevant literatures,discusses the effect of exercise therapy,and summarizes the pathogenesis of sarcopenia and the mechanism of exercise therapyin sarcopeniapatients with head and neck tumors.The aim of this paper is to provide some reference for the formulation,implementation and further researchof clinical exercise therapyin sarcopeniapatients with head and neck tumors.
