摘  要:糖尿病是临床常见的慢性代谢性疾病,长链非编码RNA(LncRNA)在糖尿病及其并发症发生发展中发挥了重要作用,是目前研究的热点机制之一。文章对多种LncRNA通过介导炎性反应、氧化应激、自噬、纤维化、内质网应激、细胞增殖及凋亡、铁死亡等病理过程影响糖尿病及其并发症进展进行综述,总结目前单味中药及中成药通过调控LncRNA改善糖尿病及其并发症的研究进展,以期为中药新药研发提供新的作用靶点,为糖尿病及并发症防治提供思路。Diabetes mellitus is a common chronic metabolic disease in clinic,and long-chain non-coding RNAs(LncRNAs)play an important role in the occurrence and development of diabetes mellitus and its complications,and it is one of the hot mechanisms of the current research.In this article,we review the effects of various LncRNAs on the progression of diabetes mellitus and its complications by mediating pathological processes such as inflammatory response,oxidative stress,autophagy,fibrosis,endoplasmic reticulum stress,cell proliferation and apoptosis,and iron death,etc.We summarize the current progress of research on the improvement of diabetes mellitus and its complications through the modulation of LncRNAs by single-flavored traditional Chinese medicines(TCMs)and proprietary Chinese medicine(pCms)with the aim of providing new targets for the R&D of TCM new drugs and providing ideas for the prevention and treatment of diabetes mellitus and its complications.We hope to provide new targets for the research and development of new Chinese medicines and ideas for the prevention and treatment of diabetes mellitus and its complications.
