摘　　要：“从膜论治”是国医大师刘尚义教授提出的理论,基于早期疡科理论的学习,刘老认为“在内之膜,犹如在外之肤”,故体内一些空腔脏器肿瘤,如将其外翻,则犹如外在肤之疮,故可将疡科的一些治疗方法运用的肿瘤治疗中,是为“引疡入瘤”,以疡法治瘤,疡药疗瘤。而这种运用也是基于两者之间存在的共同性。比如相同的病因病机:瘀血阻滞、痰湿凝聚、热毒蕴结,正气亏虚,以及阴阳为纲,整体观念的总则。该文将主要从以上三个方面进行浅析。“Treatment from the membrane”is the theory put forward by LIU Shangyi,a master of traditional Chinese medicine.Based on the study of early selection theory,Professor LIU believed that“the inner membrane is like the outer skin”,so some cavity organ tumors in the body,such as its outward turn,are like the external skin sores.Therefore,some treatment methods of the elective department can be used in the tumor treatment,leading sore into tumor.The treating sore method is used for treating tumor and the drugs for treating the sores are used for tumor.And this application is also based on the commonality between them.For example,the same etiology and pathogenesis including blood stasis,phlegm and dampness coagulation,heat and toxin accumulation and vital Qi deficiency,and Yin and Yang as the core and the general principles of the overall concept.This paper mainly analyzed from the above three aspects.
