摘　　要：近年来中国溃疡性结肠炎的发病率日渐攀升,其病程迁延难愈,且易复发甚至有恶变的倾向,故已成为消化科常见的疑难病种之一。谢晶日教授根据多年临床经验认为溃疡性结肠炎当属本虚标实,其活动期以湿热、浊毒、瘀血实证为主,缓解期以脏腑虚损、邪气留恋为主,故谢师在三因制宜思想的基础上并结合西医分期治疗原则提出分期辨治疗法,同时借助现代科技的追踪技术及患者的临床症状缓解情况,进一步提高本病的临床治愈率。In recent years,the incidence of ulcerative colitis in China has been increasing day by day.Its course is prolonged and it is difficult to heal,and it is prone to repeated attacks and even malignant transformation.Therefore,it has become one of the common and difficult diseases in gastroenterology.Based on years of clinical experience,Professor XIE Jingri believes that ulcerative colitis is deficiency in origin and excess in superficiality.The active phase is mainly characterized by damp-heat,turbid toxin and blood stasis.During the remission period,the organs are depleted and the evil Qi is nostalgic.On the basis of the three factors and the principle of staging treatment in Western medicine,the instructor proposed the method of staging syndrome differentiation and treatment,and at the same time,with the help of modern technology tracking technology and patients′clinical symptoms,it can further improve the clinical cure rate of the disease.
