摘 要:口苦是一种临床常见的症状,广泛存在于多系统疾病中。中医学对于口苦症发生的认识主要包括以下两类:基于“苦-火-心”的五行对应关系,口苦多被认为与心系疾病及火热病相关;胆病会引起口苦,这类口苦症的产生往往与胆汁上溢以及肝胆脾胃气机失调相关。文章从病证结合的角度整理、分析并总结了口苦症发病的相关脏腑以及病因病机,认为临床诊治口苦症时应宏观与微观辨证相结合,重视疾病发生的多方位复杂因素,避免误诊误治。Bitter taste in mouth is a common clinical symptom,which widely exists in multi system diseases.Traditional Chinese medicine′s understanding of the occurrence of bitter taste in mouth mainly includes the following two categories:due to the five element correspondence of“bitterness-fire-heart”,bitter taste in mouth is mostly considered to be related to heart diseases and fire and heat diseases.Gallbladder diseases can cause bitter taste in mouth,the occurrence of this kind of bitter mouth is related to the pathological factor of bile,and is often caused by the imbalance of Qi movement of liver,gallbladder,spleen and stomach.This paper arranged,analyzed and summarized the relevant Zang-Fu organs,etiology and pathogenesis of bitter taste in mouth.From the perspective of the combination of disease and syndrome,it considered that the clinical diagnosis and treatment of bitter mouth should combine macro and micro syndrome differentiation,and the treatment should pay attention to the multi-directional complex factors of the diseases so as to avoid misdiagnosis and mistreatment.
