摘　　要：目的探究活血接骨方联合分期针刺对胫骨骨折患者疼痛因子和骨愈合效果的影响。方法将2018年7月—2021年7月该院接收的80例下肢胫骨骨折患者随机分为对照组40例和治疗组40例。对照组予以常规西药治疗,治疗组予以活血接骨方联合分期针刺治疗。比较两组治疗前后疼痛因子、炎症因子、血流流变指标,评价两组骨折愈合效果及并发症情况。结果治疗后7 d,治疗组的P物质(SP)、5-羟色胺(5-HT)、组胺(HIS)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、C反应蛋白(CRP)、高切黏度、低切黏度及血浆黏度水平均低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组的骨折愈合优良率高于对照组(P<0.05);两组术后并发症发生情况比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论活血接骨方联合分期针刺可有效降低疼痛因子及炎症因子水平,改善血液循环,对骨折愈合有积极促进作用,且安全性高。Objective To investigate the effect of Huoxue Jiegu Recipe(活血接骨方)combined with staged acupuncture on pain factors and bone healing in patients with tibial fracture.Methods Eighty patients with tibial fracture of lower limbs received in the hospital from July 2018 to July 2021 were randomly divided into control group(40 cases)and treatment group(40 cases).The control group was treated with conventional western medicine,and the treatment group was treated with Huoxue Jiegu Recipe combined with staged acupuncture.The pain factors,inflammatory factors and hemorheology indexes were compared before and after treatment in the two groups,and the fracture healing effect and complications were evaluated in the two groups.Results 7 days after treatment,the levels of substance P(SP),5-hydroxytryptamine(5-HT),histamine(HIS),interleukin-6(IL-6)and tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),the levels of C-reactive protein(CRP),high shear viscosity,low shear viscosity and plasma viscosity in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The excellent and good rate of fracture healing in the treatment group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in postoperative complications between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Huoxue Jiegu Recipe combined with staged acupuncture can effectively reduce the levels of pain factors and inflammatory factors,improve blood circulation,and positively promote fracture healing with high safety.
