摘　　要：瓦楞子为常用的多基原海洋中药,药用历史悠久。《中华人民共和国药典》记载其基原动物为蚶科动物毛蚶Arca subcrenata Lischke、泥蚶Arca granosa Linnaeus或魁蚶Arca inflata Reeve。在查阅历代本草书籍、文献的基础上,对瓦楞子的名称、基原、入药部位、产地分布、药性功效等方面进行系统的本草考证,以正本清源,为其深入研究提供思路。经考证,瓦楞子以“魁蛤”之名首载于《名医别录》,瓦楞子一名首见于《本草备要》。在古代蚶科多种属动物均可入药,最早以肉入药,南北朝至唐代起壳与肉均可入药,其肉名“蚶”,甘、平,为药食两用之品,清代至今所用瓦楞子多为其壳。其壳由单一药味“咸”发展为复合药味“甘、咸”,《本草求真》首次记载其“专入肝”,今认为其主入肝经,兼入肺胃二经。沿海广分布。目前《中华人民共和国药典》只收载其壳为瓦楞子。Walengzi(Arcae Concha)is a common multi-origin marine traditional Chinese drug,and has a long history of medicinal use.In Chinese Pharmacopoeia,the original animals of Walengzi(Arcae Concha)were determined as Maohan(Arca subcrenata Lischke),Nihan(Arca granosa Linnaeus)and Kuihan(Arca inflata Reeve).This paper conducted a systematic textual research on the name,origin,medicinal parts,distribution,traits and effects of the medicine,in order to find out the real origins and provide an idea for the deeply study.After textual research,Walengzi(Arcae Concha)first appeared in Mingyi Bielu as Kuige.Walengzi(Arcae Concha)was first seen in Bencao Beiyao.In ancient times,a part of Acridae could be used as medicine.The flesh was first used as medicine.From the Northern and Southern Dynasties to Tang Dynasty,the shells and flesh part can be used as medicine,and its flesh is called“Han”,which is sweet and flat and is a dual-purpose product for medicine and food.Since the Qing Dynasty,most of the Walengzi(Arcae Concha)materials used today are their shells.The flavour of the shell is from single salty to complex sweet and salty.Bencao Qiuzhen first recorded its channel tropism was the liver meridian.It is believed that it mainly enters the liver meridian and also enters the lung and stomach meridians.It is widely distributed along the coast.At present,Chinese Pharmacopoeia only includes its shells as Walengzi(Arcae Concha).
