浅析彭静山眼针取穴分区定位与眼眶穴位相关性及异同

摘　　要：目的挖掘整理彭静山眼针疗法八区十三穴分区定位及眼针治疗疾病的古籍、文献,系统评价眼针疗法的临床疗效、分区定位原则、取穴原则,明晰其与眼眶周围穴位的相关性,辨析异同。方法通过数据库挖掘整理分析,归纳眼针疗法相关文献,总结眼周腧穴,如睛明、攒竹、丝竹空、瞳子髎的定位、主治功能与眼针十三穴的异同。分析眼针十三穴中与体针腧穴位置相近的解剖定位区别、主治功能区别,为眼针疗法取穴分区提供文献依据。以眼针穴区治疗作用与眼眶周围体针治疗作用进行分类,将其治疗作用分两方面统计分析。结果通过分析对比,发现眼周腧穴针刺位置与眼针十三穴针刺位置重复,眼针扩大了眼周腧穴的治疗范围,推测可验证眼针疗法理论“眼针八区十三穴络脑通脏腑”相一致,以期望能为眼针治疗中风、疼痛等疾病提供循证依据。Objective To excavate and sort out the ancient books and documents on the zoning positioning of thirteen acupoints in eight areas of PENG Jingshan′s eye acupuncture therapy and the treatment of diseases by eye acupuncture,systematically evaluate the clinical efficacy,zoning positioning principle and acupoint selection principle of eye acupuncture therapy,clarify its correlation with the acupoints around the orbit,and distinguish the differences and similarities.Methods Through database mining,sorting and analysis,it summarized the relevant literature of eye acupuncture therapy and the similarities and differences between the positioning and main therapeutic functions of periocular acupoints,such as Jingming(BL1),Cuanzhu(BL2),Sizhukong(SJ7),Tongziliao(GB1)and thirteen acupoints of eye acupuncture.It analyzed the difference of anatomical location and main therapeutic function between the thirteen acupoints of eye acupuncture and the acupoints of body acupuncture,so as to provide literature basis for acupoint selection and positioning of eye acupuncture therapy.The therapeutic effects of eye acupuncture and periorbital body acupuncture were classified,and their therapeutic effects were statistically analyzed in two aspects.Results Through analysis and comparison,it is found that the acupuncture position of periocular acupoints is repeated with that of 13 acupoints of eye acupuncture.Eye acupuncture expands the treatment scope of periocular acupoints.It is speculated that the theory of eye acupuncture can be verified to be consistent with“eye acupuncture eight areas and 13 acupoints relating to brain and Zang-FU organs”,in order to provide evidence-based basis for eye acupuncture in the treatment of stroke,pain and other diseases.
