三焦针法在内科疾病的应用

摘　　要：韩景献教授认为三焦气化失常是衰老的关键病机,通过调理三焦气机能改善机体的病理状态,延缓衰老,创立了三焦针法,并提出了“三焦气化失常-衰老”相关说。三焦分布于机体的上中下三部,是一身之气升降出入的通道,三焦针法重在调气,五脏六腑的功能正常运转,依赖于三焦气机的调控。临床研究发现三焦针法除了在神经退行性疾病治疗中效果优异以外,在因气机逆乱引起的内科其他疾病中同样发挥独特作用。Professor HAN Jingxian believes that Sanjiao failing to make Qi transformation is the key pathogenic mechanism of aging.By regulating the function of Sanjiao Qi transformation to improved the pathological state of the body,he created the Sanjiao acupuncture method and proposed the theory of“abnormal Qi transformation of Sanjiao-aging”.Sanjiao is distributed in the upper,middle and lower parts of the body.It is a passage for ascending,descending,exiting and entering of Qi of the whole body.Sanjiao acupuncture focuses on regulating Qi,and the normal functioning of the five Zang-organs and six Fu-organs depends on the regulation of Sanjiao Qi transformation.Clinical researchers have found that in addition to its superior effectiveness in the treatment of neurodegenerative diseases,the Sanjiao acupuncture method also plays a unique role in internal diseases caused by Qi rebellion.
