摘 要:目的:探讨硒麦芽面对肥胖糖耐量异常及糖尿病大鼠糖脂代谢的影响。方法:于2021年12月—2023年3月在南京医科大学附属常州市第二人民医院中心实验室开展研究。高脂饲养联合链脲佐菌素(STZ)构建肥胖糖耐量异常和糖尿病大鼠,再分别用硒麦芽面、普通饲料或高脂饲料喂养大鼠8周,检测大鼠空腹血糖(FBG)、空腹胰岛素(FINS)、甘油三酯(TG)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)和白细胞介素-6(IL-6)水平;双能X线检测仪测定大鼠全身体脂率(BFR);油红染色观察肝组织脂肪含量。结果:在肥胖糖耐量异常大鼠,硒麦芽面饲养组FBG、TG、TNF-α、IL-6、胰岛素抵抗指数Homa和BFR水平均低于普通饲料饲养组、高脂饲养组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),肝脏脂肪含量也少于普通饲料饲养组、高脂饲养组。在肥胖糖尿病大鼠,硒麦芽面饲养组FBG和Homa-IR与普通饲料组、高脂饲料组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:硒麦芽面可通过降低肥胖糖耐量异常大鼠的炎症因子水平,减少肝脏和全身脂肪含量,从而改善胰岛素抵抗和升高的血糖。Objective To investigate the effect of selenium malt noodles on glucolipid metabolism in obese rats with Impaired glucose tolerance or diabetes mellitus.Methods High-fat feeding combined with streptozotocin was used to construct obese rats with Impaired glucose tolerance or diabetes mellitus,then rats were fed with selenium malt noodles,basal diet or high-fat diet for 8 weeks to detect fasting blood glucose(FBG),fasting insulin(FINS),triglyceride(TG),tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)and interleukin-6(IL-6);Dual-energy X-ray detector was used to detect whole body fat Rate(BFR)in rats;Oil red staining were used to observe the fat content of liver tissues.Results In the obese rats with Impaired glucose tolerance,Selenium malt noodle feeding group Selenium malt noodle feeding group FBG,TG,TNF-α,The average levels of IL-6,insulin resistance index(HOMA),and BFR in water were lower than those in the conventional feed group and high-fat feed group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).The liver fat content was also lower than that in the conventional feed group and high-fat feed group.But in the obese rats with diabetes mellitus,There was no statistically significant difference in FBG and Home-IR between the selenium malt noodle feeding group and the normal feed group and high-fat feed group(P>0.05).Conclusions Selenium malt noodles improved insulin resistance and hyperglycaemia in obese rats with abnormal glucose tolerance by decreasing inflammatory factor levels and whole body fat content.
