摘　　要：半夏厚朴汤的应用范围主要包括呼吸系统、内分泌系统、消化系统、神经精神系统等疾病。该文章主要论述半夏厚朴汤的作用机制及对呼吸系统疾病的应用范围,半夏厚朴汤作为呼吸系统疾病的常用方,在临床上取得了显著的疗效。大量的临床研究表明,半夏厚朴汤在治疗呼吸系统疾病方面具有改善症状、提高疗效、治疗确切、副作用少等优点。现归纳总结近5年来有关半夏厚朴汤的药效学研究及治疗呼吸系统疾病的临床应用,以便更好地服务于临床。The application scope of Hanxia Houpu Tang mainly includes respiratory system,endocrine system,digestive system,neuropsychiatric system and other diseases.The article mainly discusses the mechanism of action and the application scope of Semixia Houpu Tang for respiratory system diseases,and Semixia Houpu Tang,as a commonly used formula for respiratory system diseases,has achieved remarkable therapeutic effects in the clinic.A large number of clinical studies have shown that Hanxia Houpu Tang has the advantages of improving symptoms,improving efficacy,precise treatment and few side effects in the treatment of respiratory diseases.The pharmacodynamics research and clinical application of Hanxia Houpu Tang in the treatment of respiratory diseases in the past 5 years are summarized to better serve the clinic.
