布地奈德雾化吸入联合甘桔冰梅片口服治疗对慢性咽炎患者血清炎症因子水平的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨布地奈德雾化吸入联合甘桔冰梅片口服治疗对慢性咽炎患者血清炎症因子水平的影响。方法选取2020年1月—12月鹰潭市人民医院收治的80例慢性咽炎患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,每组40例。对照组采用布地奈德雾化吸入治疗,观察组采用布地奈德雾化吸入联合甘桔冰梅片口服治疗,比较两组临床疗效、中医症状和体征积分、血清炎症因子[白细胞介素-6(IL-6)和肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)]水平及不良反应发生情况。结果观察组治疗总有效率为85.00%,高于对照组的65.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组咽部异物感、干燥不适、咽痛、灼热评分低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组IL-6、TNF-α水平低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义。结论布地奈德雾化吸入联合甘桔冰梅片口服治疗慢性咽炎效果优于单一布地奈德雾化吸入治疗,能改善患者临床症状,降低患者体内血清炎症因子水平,且安全性较高。Objective To investigate the effect of aerosol inhalation with budesonide combined with oral administration of Ganju Bingmei tablets on serum inflammatory factor levels in patients with chronic pharyngitis.Methods A total of 80 patients with chronic pharyngitis who were admitted to Yingtan City People's Hospital from January to December 2020 were selected as the research subjects,they were divided into the control group and the observation group by random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with aerosol inhalation with budesonide,while the observation group was treated with aerosol inhalation with budesonide combined with oral administration of Ganju Bingmei tab-lets,the clinical efficacy,the scores of Traditional Chinese Medicine symptoms and signs,the levels of serum inflammatory factors(interleukin-6[IL-6]and tumor necrosisfactor-α[TNF-α])and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate in the obser-vation group was 85.00%,which was higher than that 65.00%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of pharyngeal foreign body sensation,dry and discomfort,sore throat,and scorching hot of the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the observation group was lower than the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of IL-6 and TNF-αof the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the observation group was lower than the con-trol group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse re-actions between the two groups.Conclusion The treatment of aerosol inhalation with budesonide combined with oral administration of Ganju Bing-mei tablets is more effective than aerosol inhalation with budesonide alone in the treatment of chronic pharyngitis,the former can improve clinical symptoms and lower serum infla
