经臭氧自体血回输治疗带状疱疹后神经痛的临床疗效

摘　　要：目的探究经臭氧自体血回输治疗带状疱疹后神经痛的临床疗效。方法选取2019年3月至2021年3月江西省九江市第一人民医院收治的62例带状疱疹后神经痛患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组与实验组,每组31例。对照组给予普瑞巴林胶囊,实验组在对照组基础上进行臭氧自体血回输治疗。比较两组治疗前后疼痛程度、炎症因子水平及临床疗效。结果两组视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分组间、时间、交互比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗1、2、3疗程,实验组VAS评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)水平组间、时间、交互比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗1、2、3疗程,实验组TNF-α、IL-6水平均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组治疗总有效率为87.10%,高于对照组的64.52%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论臭氧自体血回输治疗带状疱疹后神经痛疗效确切,能降低患者的炎症因子水平,减轻患者的疼痛程度,值得临床推广应用。Objective To explore the clinical effect of autologous blood transfusion with ozone in patients with herpes zoster postherpetic neu-ralgia.Methods A total of 62 patients with postherpetic neuralgia admitted to the First People's Hospital of Jiujiang City from March 2019 to March 2021 were selected as the study subjects,they were divided into the control group and the experimental group according to the random num-ber table method,with 31 cases in each group.The control group was given pregabalin capsules,and the experimental group received ozone autolo-gous blood transfusion therapy on basis of the control group.The pain degree and inflammatory factor level before and after treatment and clinical ef-ficacy were compared between the two groups.Results There were significant differences in visual analogue scale(VAS)between the two groups of group,time points and interaction(P<0.05);after 1,2 and 3 courses of treatment,VAS scores in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There were significant differences in the levels of tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)and interleukin-6(IL-6)between the two groups of group,time points and interaction(P<0.05);after 1,2 and 3 courses of treatment,levels of TNF-αand IL-6 in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate in the experimental group was 87.10%,which was higher than 64.52%in the control group,and the difference was statistical-ly significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Autologous blood transfusion with ozone is effective in the treatment of postherpetic neuralgia,which can re-duce the level of inflammatory factors and reduce the degree of pain in patients,and is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
